  • DO NOT purchase from this store! I tried to buy a crib online from them - I have an invoice stating the crib I was purchasing was $324.49 for in-store pickup. I get a phone call 2 days later from an employee stating that the website isn't working just yet and that the price is actually $599. I called the manager today, Stuart, to see if he would make this right, considering it is the store's fault that they have falsely advertised $324.49 for the crib. He didn't think he needed to right any wrong. In fact, the website is still up and they've changed the price to $629. I was prepared to spend thousands of dollars on a nursery suite, but I will spend that money and more at some other place that has more integrity and commitment to customer service. Check the Better Business Bureau for my pending formal complaint.
