  • Wow, just ... Wow. This place was amazing. We were there during a particularly hot time of the year and stayed at the Canyons - for those of you with the same question as me, yes, the Canyons are nicer. It is not about the rooms or the grounds being nicer, it is about the people! Great people! You are greeted by name by the staff everywhere you go and by the end, you know their names as well. I am not a regular here, it was my first time and I stayed for 5 days, yet I can still thank Amanda, Jordan, Marcel, Greg, Justin and Steve for their amazing service! I typically detail some of my favorite pieces, but I don't want to ruin the experience of this place. One thing I can recommend is to take advantage of the services offered by the Ambassadors here at Canyon's at Phoenician. First Class all the way, and I will repeat, the people therefore one of the best parts.
