  • The packing and moving was ultimately completed, but the team was very unprofessional. The pre-move surveyor was an hour late. The home office didn't call to confirm before the actual moving weekend; instead, I had to call them. The packing team was an hour late. Then on the day of the move, the loading/transport team was supposed to arrive between 8:30-9:30a. At 9:30, the office called to say that, because of staffing issues, they couldn't perform the move that day! Only after expressing extreme displeasure did a team finally arrive at 3:30p. They worked until 10:30p, but did not finish and returned the following day to complete the job. When I called the home office afterwards to inquire about a discount for my inconvenience, they said they would call me back and never did!
