  • I called Avis to reserve a car and was asking questions about requirements and form of payments. I was told to pay with my card had to do soft credit check if I pass I can pay on debit card and I said can we do it over phone . James told me no in person . I said aww man then he hung up on me . That was very rude and unprofessional . He did not even finish the process of reserving car . I will not recommend anyone here .
