  • We are Hyatt people. If I stay at a hotel it's typically a Hyatt. This Hyatt was good, average. The rooms are a little small compared to most. But it is downtown toronto so I can expect that. Our room was super modern. Weird thing was that there was insulation sticking out from a hole behind the tv. Honestly wouldn't expect that from a Hyatt. What if there was a kid in that room? Really unsafe. Overall it did its job.
