  • I guess this bad experience could be on me for not reading reviews but I am trying to make my own experience and not based on some dude or chick's BS negative review. So here's mine. Came in a Friday night. They were busy. Ordered a bottle of wine, couple sushi items, an app and a kid meal to start. The apps and sushi came out in decent time. The kids meal came out when my wife and I were about done with the bottle of wine... this should've been a tell tale. I watched the kitchen service area and yes they were busy but no busier than any other busy restaurant in town on a Friday. My daughter was able to finish watching Cinderella start to finish before our entrees came out. I thought I order chicken and veggies only but I Guess they thought I needed rice. My wife ordered a salad which featured honeydew and almonds which were both absent... I had a bite of the chicken and I'm pretty forgiving of poultry in general but over cooked chicken breast is the worst... my wife just dealt with her lame salad. I ended up order long more sushi items (sushi here is avg at best). Our server wasn't bad and the mgr came by and said they comped our appetizer (the only thing that was ok). So after a worse than bad meal the bill is still $114. When I come to a chain restaurant I expect a decent order time. I'm guessing half of the food that comes out of the kitchen is frozen and just heat and serve. But the run time for Cinderella is 1hr 15min and hats what it took for a chicken bowl and a salad to come out... I just have to say EFF this place. My wife has points at this place too. Guess we will never get to use those for the mediocre food here. Update: The owner reached out and offered a gift car for our next visit which seems nice but I don't think I'd come back here especially when there's Wolfgang's next door. Fogo and CPK a few hundred feet away, pub 702 upstairs. Heck there's even the snake river joint at the GK practice facility and a Yard House at Red Rock and a BJ's across Charleston. There's just too many better options at same or better value and quality nearby. So just a warning to every one that cares to read DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. that's my PSA for this week.
