According to this company the best way to handle an issue with a customer is by deactivating their account. We were missing a package and called them to let them know we couldn't find it after a week. They told us we had to wait weeks to launch an investigation. I then called our bank to file a claim which was advised by the company. We then found the package later that day with security later and informed both the bank and Wholesale supplies plus. Thinking that all is well, we made another purchase weeks after and we get an email saying that our acct is deactivated and they'll never do business with us. WTF???? Who handles business this way. So don't ever have an issue with them, they will discard your business.
