| - No integrity . . . No knowledge of her profession! I paid her over $180 (60% of my total bill) to write a resume for me. When she sent the FINAL DRAFT, it was ABSOLUTELY atrocious; filled with simple errors, lacking professional resume sentence structure, haphazard organization, and inaccurate data! Armenia might do a decent job on an entry-level resume, but the complexity of mine was too much for her to handle!!! Just to name a few specifics; 1) Inconsistent bullet points throughout the resume 2) Sources of educational and training improperly labeled 3) Statements (information that I had supplied her) were unprofessionally "jammed" all over the document with no "thought" or organization 4) Dates of employment (showing different jobs I've held) look like this: (8/04-6-08) 5) Punctuation marks set OUTSIDE of quotation marks 6) Pointless statements occupying room on the document where more "powerful" information might be noted, etc. When I first contracted with this agency, I was led to believe that they would be sending a "draft" for me to look over before proceeding with the final draft. The ONLY document I received was what Arsenia referred to as a"final" draft. I made attempts to contact her to let her know that I WAS NOT satisfied with her work and was requesting a refund. She ignored me and refused to return my messages. I finally got in touch with her today and she stated that she WOULD NOT refund my money because she put so much "hard work" into this product, that we are now "even." Yes, Arsenia, I've been robbed of $180 and we are EVEN!!! She has taken my money for a product that I would be "laughed out of the profession" for after submitting it to a potential employer! Obviously, the phrase, "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" is alien to her. Unfortunately, I will never recover my money, but I can issue a fair warning to others considering using her services: Caveat Emptor; Let the buyer beware! If I were able to upload a copy of the resume she wrote for me onto this forum, I would gladly do so! This is one very vicious and unethical woman to enter into a contract with! Years ago, my father used to tell me "Steer clear of any company that uses 'AAA' in the title of their firm. It's the oldest gimmick in the book to snag the unsuspecting customer that has no point of reference in searching for a company." Having thought it was a "silly" remark, I never paid much attention to it . . . . not until TODAY!
