Staying here now. Was supposed to be a surprise celebration gift from my family (coming from out of town) to me. Found out on arrival there was a mix up with our room and what was booked as a room with 2 queen beds only had 1 queen bed. Thus I have to sleep on a rollout futon. It is awful. Terribly stiff yet lumpy. I won't be getting any sleep I guess. They did give my family $50 credit for one of the restaurants which is nice but not enough. Had I known about the situation when they checked in, I would have recommended my family reject the offer and stay at my apartment with 2 perfectly good real beds. But they are too nice to complain or cancel. At a 5 star resort this sort of thing shouldn't happen. Nice bathroom, nice grounds, but the mix up ruined the experience.
