  • Made the mistake of going across the lot to TW first. Was looking for something very specific and when i went to the customer service counter at TW I was told they didn't have it in stock and couldn't order it. The girl behind the counter didn't even attempt to check (or PRETEND to check) to see if they could order it and I was told no one in the area was likely to have it in stock. Anyway, went across the way to Lee's and sure enough, they had exactly what i was looking for. I needed a case and then some and Francois, the wine manager, was super accommodating. I will strictly be a Lee's customer from here on out.
