| - I got a yelp account just so I could share how HORRIFIC of an experience I have had with them. If I could give 4 Pets 0 stars, or negative stars for that matter, I would! They are unbelievably unprofessional, completely inconsiderate, and just out right awful to work with. I took my dog to 4 pets last month, and recently found out I needed a health certificate in order to put him on a flight (we are moving to NYC). Thinking I just took him to see the vet, I would have thought it wouldn't be an issue to get the health certificate. First issue- they don't issue health certificates. So, I had to go to another vet- they were supposed to forward my dog's health history and when I called on the way to the vet this morning to verify that they did- I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I hung up and called again hoping to get through and they put me on hold AGAIN! By that point I was at the vet, and asked them if his records were sent over- you guessed it... They were not. I then hung up after being on hold for another 10 minutes and the vet said they would try to call them. I will spare you the rest of the unbelievable details and tell you that ultimately it took AN HOUR for the vet to get through to someone that could share his information. It is one thing to be rude to a customer, but I am shocked at their behavior with another vet. Not to mention, they fought with the vet for a few minutes about who I was and how they had no record of me. Even at the end of all of it, they only shared some of his history over the phone and told the vet it would be another hour before they could send the information over. So I ultimately had to get the same shots again and am out another $160.
I know this is very long, but I am seriously so upset and have never had such a horrible experience.
Bottom line: SAVE YOURSELF FRUSTRATION, STRESS, HEARTACHE, and ANGER by NOT going to 4 Pets. Seriously unbelievable.
