It's only fair that when taking a vacation get-away that Kaiser our German Shepherd gets the same. We've used this facility several times and I typically handle the drop off but this last trip my wife had to handle it. She's always avoided the drop off because she felt guilty leaving her boy behind. As soon as she walked into the store the woman behind the counter greeted Kaiser by name and saw how excited our dog was to see her. When another staff member came in the door and recognized our dog and greeted him by name my wife immediately felt at ease and realized that this was our dogs vacation destination.
A cool feature that this location has is pup cams that allow you to see your dog playing with his and her friends online. Whenever my boys (6&8 years old) start to act up from being bored in restaurants I hand over the phone and ask them to check on the dog. They love to watch and point out Kai in the sea of playing pups.
Another bonus is the included bath for the week long stay. It's great to pick your pooch up and find him to be clean and fresh.
We've had great luck here and have always had a good experience. For us it only seems fair to give our dog a vacation getaway if we're doing the same.
