  • Straight outta AC school Juan the punk Tries to tell me I needed a new 5k ac system. Well since he saw one of my neighbors had installed a new system, and made mention of it to me I would not be able to resist keeping up with the Jones'. So Goettl-her-ripped off, train your salesguys, oh wait I mean AC-techs, better. I didn't need a new system and the REAL tech who came out noticed your guy's sabotage of my system. Leaving the connector caps off is very sloppy and speaks lowly of your customer service. All I needed was a tune-up. Not a new system. Goettl, I look forward to your appearance on Call 12 for Action or 3 On Your Side. Soon. P.S. Stop calling.
