I am a member of the legion Rider's veteran organization, every year we sell fireworks to support homeless vets in the Las Vegas area. . Every year, I buy a battery to operate my tug to pull our generator. This last June, I returned the 11 month old battery, to find out why it did not work, still under warranty. I had the original box, the original sales receipt and inspection sticker. Store manager claimed they had changed the manufacturing plant so the inspection sticker was the wrong color. Thus voiding the warranty. So I thought how odd, but I bought a new battery any ways. Four months later this last memorial day. My battery had no charge. I again went to the store manager, had the original box, the original sales receipt, this time he claimed the battery was shorted out. I asked him how a battery that was four months old could be shorted out. This of Couse he stated once again voided my battery warranty. I was very disappointed; it became very obvious this store manager had no intention of honoring any warranty claim for any batter that he sells. Buyers be warned. I even told him my only recourse was to state my observation on Yelp. He stated he did not care. So again Buyers be warned.
I used to but approximately 150 to 200 dollars of batteries from this store on a yearly basis. Not any more.!!!
