  • I dropped off a vintage leather bag, a vintage leather belt and a pair of boots. I need some small, cosmetic details fixed on the bag, and a simple resizing of the belt. The boots were an easy zipper replacement. After several weeks I began to get nervous after not hearing of their completion. When I called, it was clear the owners had lost my pieces. As these pieces are irreplaceable, I immediately went in. After two weeks, the management was finally able to find them, but needed another week to do their job. Unfortunately, after charging me $50, none of the pieces were repaired properly. The belt was not resized, and the zipper on the boots was not replaced. I will never return to this place, and now I'm out the money and still need the repairs done. If you are looking for a solid leather or shoe repair shop in Phoenix, this is NOT it.
