  • Sometimes we want to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt, and give people second, third, fourth, even fifth chances. So, my girlfriend and I booked Movers of the Valley to help her move to her new apartment. Unfortunately, I suggest nobody ever give this company another chance again. They never even showed up. My girlfriend was in constant contact with Pamela, and what was divulged was that the movers that were supposed to help us got stuck longer than expected at the previous site, went back to the office, and refused to go back out for our appointment. She then proceeded to tell my girlfriend that she would try to get a hold of other movers in their company to get them over to help us. Unfortunately, we never heard back from Pamela, even when my girlfriend called her twice to find out what was going on, only to not get a hold of them. We had to scramble to find a last minute company to help us. Things happen in life, and I understand that. But, with this many bad reviews, there is clearly no coincidences with this company. Stay away.
