  • Our dead Mulberry finally gave up and started crashing into our family room. We called several companies and couldn't get anyone to come in a timely manner or even when they told us they would be there. We called Mikhail and he told us that he could be on-site within the hour. He showed up early assessed the situation, calmed my wife, then he and his team started to remove branches and stabilize/brace the tree to avoid any damage to the house. He was a pleasure to work with. Kept his word on everything he was going to do. Kept in touch about every step and time that he was going to do things. A Man of his word is rare today - I'd consider Mikhail one of them. After the tree was removed they even swept my patio - the yard was cleaner after they completed their work than before. We were so pleased that we expanded the scope to other things we needed done; trimming a huge pine tree in the front yard, and a Palm tree in the back. Very happy and would highly recommend.
