  • Cox cable is a completely incompetent company. Their cable box's recorded shows doesn't operate correctly (stopping a fast forward or rewind does not work), their 24/7 customer support only operates during business hours, and their solutions for problems do not work. Go with any other cable company possible in your area but avoid cox cable at all costs
