  • Service was great, which is surprising, because it is a very busy on the strip destination. We had a party of 7, Lance was our waiter, and he checked on us often throughout our visit. Amazing customer service. We got the white chocolate and double frozen hot chocolates. They were both delicious. I got the ABC burger. The bun was burnt, the burger was over cooked and burnt with no seasoning on the hamburger patty. The "caramelized onions" were not caramelized at all. I give serendipity 3, 3 stars, because dessert and service was excellent; however, the food was not great.
