  • Each visit to Affiliated has been professional and efficient. Staff are prompt to take care of you at check in. Waiting time is no longer than 10 min if even that long. I can ask questions and are given answers that I understand. I am always given a follow up sheet of instructions for care of any surgical matters. Parking is ample. At one point I asked the pharmacy to check on another med that would be covered under my insurance. They did this within a day and called to let me know the status. I appreciate this type of customer service.
