  • We have only been in one of their rentals for a couple weeks now, but all all can say is that this company is a great company to rent from. Gene, is one totally awesome dude. Very attentive and on top of things. The process to pay rent is easy through a link online. Maintenance, wow they REALLY are on top of things. We have had several things that needed to be addressed, I put in one request in on a Friday evening and they responded back quick with the an approval to have the issue addressed. This morning (7:30am) I reported a lose water spout. They responded with the work order information about 20 minutes later. Talk about great service. Also, the companies they do work with for repairs have all been super nice and accommodating. "If you are lucky enough to get a rental from these guys, you're lucky enough!!"
