  • She was not matted so badly that she needed to be shaved down. We bathed and brushed her out the day before she got there. I am so sick of groomers who are rushing to get a dog done and feel they have to shave off the dog completely. Especially without contacting the client FIRST to advise what is happening. She won't be back. Thank you for letting me know you are not able to work with my family under my instruction. Especially when I've been there before. If you didn't want to you shouldn't have taken in my dog.
