  • I sampled three of their beers, the saison, the IPA and the blonde. I found the saison to be too malty almost cloying, and the IPA too high in IBU, not enough on hop aroma. The blonde was a well balanced beer that I enjoyed very much. My impression is that their beers have a similar yeast profile as Uninbroue's. They have invested a lot in this place. It would be great to see more variety in their selection.
