*UPDATE* 07/06/17- with having all my iron installed 15 months ago I'm starting to see the true quality of work. On my front Entry gate I notice the "thin" layer of powder coating is starting to peel back. I called Artistic Iron to inform them what is happening. I was then told that it's no longer under warranty and it will be $165 hr Minimum for Artistic Iron to come out to fix with "Spray Paint". Given the amount of money I spent on all the Iron work for my house, I would have expected better customer service. For something that obviously was powder coated cheaply and lasted a barely over a year is not acceptable.
*UPDATE* 10/10/17- Per your response, The entry gate was never slammed nor damaged. Powder Coating if done correctly is actually very strong, a lot stronger then paint. Your service fee is now $250min from $165 3 months ago and your staff keeps insisting the customer should fix it on there own? All my other iron you installed is great with no issues. This was obviously a flaw in the powder coating process. When you spend a substantial amount of money with a company regardless of warranty and it obviously was a defect, you would expect great customer service. $700 to sand blast and re-powdercoat?... lol. I'd rather have a company like Powdercoating Plus re do it that knows how to do powder-coating. All in all... you give 1 year warranty on cheap powder coating and expect the customers that spend thousands of dollars to spend more to fix it. From other reviews I'm not the only customer that has complaints.
