Put a deposit on a house. Unfortunately it was not for us and we retracted our agreement.
The reason for one star is that asked for my $1,850 deposit to be return five weeks ago. Vikki, the "Resident Relations Manager" did not offer any help in returning my deposit, and still has not. Several emails have been sent, voicemails have been left, and yet no one was able to assist me. It's highly frustrating to see how poor their customer service is, and have $1,850 out of my bank account for so long.
