  • I brought a friend here against my better judgment. Aside from the business being run out of a very slovenly home which projected an unprofessional appearance, I questioned the qualifications of the tech who over quoted my friend . After the diagnosis was made , we arrange for a time for pick up after 5 p.m. and before 6 p.m. and confirm the hours of operation being until 6 p.m. we arrived at the property around 5:45 only to find that no one answered the door or answer the phone. When we call to verify the hours the automated service offer to confirmation of 6 p.m. closing time. We waited to see if someone would respond to either the door or the telephone, and when someone did, it was too confrontational chastise us about knocking on the door and calling the phone. What I told her that we call to confirm that they would be there until 6 p.m. her attitude was one of indifference and confrontation and she then went on to say something about her being sick and not working for the business owner of the company... All in all a very unsatisfactory experience. I would not refer anyone there for fear that she( whoever she may be) may come out to confront someone else to unnecessarily.
