  • Meh is about right - better than one star but just did not work for me. The in-office staff is friendly, and I did not experience undue pain. However, I strongly dislike the corporate office scheduling concept -- it's impersonal and really doesn't work well for me. I've had laser hair reduction at other locations before, and typically would have monthly visits, which always resulted in fantastic results (for the SAME treatment areas as I treated here for touchup). Here, while this place charges you on a monthly "membership" basis, you don't go in monthly -- in my experience, scheduling is based on the area you are treating that would require the least frequent visits. Add to that the fact that appointments are a pain to make because they are done at the corporate office. If you have something come up, then you are pushed out even more and you're dealing with some corporate person that really could care less. As a result of this combination, I was seeing so little results, and it just became a complete pain to go in at all - it was like a waste of my time and money, especially given that the location of the office was very inconvenient for me. The whole operating model just did not work for me, and after 8-9 months, I actually had to shave more, not less. This model might work better for people that do not have jobs where a lot of conflicts arise, but it did not work for me. I'm also not sure how other people had better luck with appointments, but being able to speak to someone in the actual office would have probably made a world of difference.
