  • I have been here three times and each time I wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Nobody mans the front desk, even the people ringing up their clients look at you and carry on as if you're not there (even if it's your own colorist, no acknowledgement of whatsoever of I'll be with you shortly), if you go back to the salon area to see what the holdup is, nobody so much as looks up at you to see what you might need, or whether you've been helped. If you want people to disrespect you and waste your time, this is the place for you.
