Wow, this is probably one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. Cliffs are, I ordered a pizza last night, was supposed to be an hour delivery. An hour and a half later I call and ask where the pizza is, they say the delivery driver is on the way. One hour later, no pizza, I call the store and its closed.
So that was crappy enough, but today I called joe's new york pizza to talk to the manager about it. The owner is was there, the employee I was talking to on the phone relayed to me that "since I was paying cash there's nothing to do." I said- "yeah what about me waiting 2.5 hours for nothing and you failing to deliver?" I asked to speak to the owner, apparently he was too busy.
I told the employee if he refused to talk to me I would just leave a negative review, and that I'd rather not to do that. The relayed to me that he didn't care. WOW!
The owner of this company DOES NOT CARE about their business. Truly I'm amazed, one of the worst customer service experiences I've seen-- and from an owner!
