  • I love going to see comedy shows, but haven't always enjoyed the venues that host them. This place is great, because you can go a bit early and play a game of pool and have a few drinks before/after the show. Their drinks are reasonably-priced and the staff very friendly. It's great having a venue for stand-up in my neighbourhood and I will become a regular here for sure. Great place to see local talent. Excellent location at Yonge-Eglinton. They do a buffet dinner for groups at a very good price - not five-star food, but quite good for what you pay. The room holds more than 200 people, so if you are looking for a place to go with a big group, I would highly recommend this place. Just a note if you plan on attending - please be courteous and keep quiet when the comics are on stage. It's very disrespectful to them and the rest of the patrons who are paying to hear the comics - not you/your group! I was very disappointed to hear a group of people sitting close to the stage, and they would not shut up - to the point where one of the comics had to ask them to be quiet because they were so loud. If you need to socialize with your friends that badly, please choose another option instead of live comedy.
