  • I will never but another appliance from Home Depot again!! Their delivery service is horrible! I bought a dishwasher on Memorial Day weekend 2017 and it is now 6/14 and they told me it would be delivered 3 times now. I have taken time off work to be home for delivery. No one showes up. When I call they say there was a "glitch" paperwork never went through. Reschedule for another day and they still don't show up. Say oh you live in Allegheny county it has to go to Royo to deliver.The third time I rescheduled and took off work the delivery guy called and said I have a dishwasher that needed installed! You got to be kidding me!! I need my dishwasher delivered and installed! He doesn't have a dishwasher to deliver. Called home depo again by this time I am beside myself. They said it would have to be rescheduled AGAIN!. This is 4th time I am trying to get my dishwasher delivered. Rescheduled for tomorrow. Have to take another day off. What are the odds of them delivering it tomorrow? Unbelievable!! Totally incompetent!! How can one place make so many mistakes!! I am irate by now. I asked for a manager to call me and I am still waiting for a call back!! My guess is that no one is going to call me.
