It has gotten a lot worse over the years due to the economy. The huge dim-sum restaurant that was there with visits from celebrities such as Jackie Chan has been closed for a couple of years now. All you see is the huge Buddha statue sitting in the window looking out to the Chinese courtyard still filled with Koi fish and warrior stone statues. There is one surviving Chinese restaurant that serve Szechwan food, a Ranch Market for food, and small Asian souvenir shop. The place really looks abandoned in the middle of Arizona with surrounding nonAsian population. It is said that those that once did business here now left because Asians in AZ just felt it too far to travel to this one location. I'm just glad I got a chance to see it.
