  • My husband travels for work and I am working in Toronto. We used to take care of our rental properties ourselves but due to challenging work circumstances we've had to hire out the various work required to keep our tenants happy. To avoid potential disasters we generally hire contractors based on word of mouth, and a friend had recommended Monster Plowing to take care of the snow work. They were able to contract all three of our homes even though they are in different areas of the city. Although my husband and I are always away from home it was very easy for us to deal with the Monster Plowing Company's staff over the phone and email. Once the initial paperwork was taken care of they regularly came out to clear the properties whenever there was a snowfall. They charged us a flat rate fee for the winter which was also easy to pay with postdated checks sent in the mail. We did not get any other quotes so I cant comment on their prices, but they did give us a discount because we signed up for multiple properties. Overall, we are happy with their work and so are our tenants.
