  • Been going there for over 10 years, actual dentist and most of staff have been turned over from the original. I had a 10:30am appointment scheduled for a cleaning, I needed to be at work at 1pm, so had just enough time for a general 1 hour cleaning to make it to work on time. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes without any communication or apologies for the delay or any information when I would actually even get in. I walked out without saying a word, hopefully they are wondering the same thing themselves. Will never go back, poor service all around.
