  • Brought my 25 year old Pfaff to my daughter's house from out of state. The presser foot mechanism suddenly stopped working. We are on a deadline for projects as she is 9 mos pregnant. Eric was able to pinpoint the problem and complete the repair for me to pick it up the next afternoon. Runs like new. Awesome customer service!
