| - 82 bw copies, 20 color copies, and simple coil binding of an 82 page document cost me $24.96. wow. then i wanted 82 pages to be scanned to pdf. oh, that will cost $1 PER PAGE. attempts to negotiate this were fruitless, including an offer of $20 cash. apparently, a color copy costs $0.79, presumably to offset the cost of toner and paper. but scanning something, which consumes zero toner and zero paper costs 27 per cent more. this just demonstrates that this chintzy company takes advantage of people that are extremely desperate, stupid, or both. i was desperate, but not desperate to the point where i couldn't go to a library and waste one hour scanning these documents manually, as it was saturday and i needed that stuff scanned that day. much like calgary itself, i want to thank insource for doing nothing more than the minimum amount required to acheive mere proficiency.
go to bound and copied at uc where this would have cost $12. oh, and scanning unlimited pages to pdf there would be $2 flat, which is still too much.
oh, Charlie C's review is totally a fake done by the owner...it's physically impossible for any halfwit at this firm to be "helpful" and 9-5 is not "extended" when fedex office is 24hrs.
