  • I have had breakfast at Egg n Joe's 3 times so far and have tried different items on the menu each time and have been really pleased with my selections which include German pancakes, avocado Benedict and sun devil skillet. It is a brand new establishment with a lot of kinks still being worked on so they deserve some grace. The time between ordering and food to the table definitely needs more attention as well as the temperature of the dish being served. My most recent dish was lukewarm on my first bite and got cold rather quickly. I think we would have been able to enjoy the food more had it been nice and hot. Our server also seemed little frazzled. We only saw her twice during the 75 min stay. But as I mentioned, I know they are working out their kinks and I have high hopes for this restaurant. Everyone in this area knows how we needed a great breakfast place.. We are counting on you, Egg n Joe's to be the best in the neighborhood.
