I am an unsatisfied client, my hair looks horrible...like a greenish tone to my highlights (went in for an ombre) I tried calling, I left a message and my phone number requesting to be contacted since the manager was never there, I sent an email through their website. It's been a week and no reply. Still waiting, at this point I think they don't care.
I made an appointment about a month in advance. I'm a stay home mom so I was looking forward to getting my hair done. I went in for an ombre, I was quoted about 150 and the price increased by alot. The price doesn't bother me so much, what bothered me was that I felt like I didn't matter. I felt like I was one more client or one more head. My stylist was talking the whole time with 3 other coworkers. The whole time I had to listen to their drama and it was just too much talking amongst them and I felt like I didn't get to experience professionalism.
Another thing that bothered me is that my hairdresser Tausana was so rough with my hair, too much pulling and teasing. I thought I was going to get a painted balyage ombre, instead she used a teasing technique which is harsh on one's scalp and hair. I asked them to be gentle and got "I thought you weren't tender headed" ....(she had asked if I was tender headed) but who in their right mind thinks that after so much pulling and teasing your head won't hurt? She also told me I didn't need any other color just to leave my natural root color and every ombre I've had I've gotten a color on my roots to blend in the ombre...nope not this time yet I paid more than I have ever paid.
Plus these girls talk so much #$@% about clients while working on you, I can't say that they all do but the ones that were working on me were absolutely rude by not taking me into consideration. Not very professional. I'm so disappointed with my experience and my hair results.
Tip...make sure you clarify a painted balyage I trusted my hairdresser and not my instinct and now I have hair I feel embarrassed for and $200 less
