Great location, great people, fabulous food, but the rooms!!! Tiny, tiny, tiny and oh so dated! We stayed 5 nights and everything was top notch except the rooms. Tiny would have been tolerable if it were in good repair. Shower was a mildew disaster. 12" tile on shower floor was a disaster waiting to happen. So slippery! So stained and disgusting. BUT - except for the grouchy concierge, the staff was beyond amazing. Jeff drove the courtesy shuttle to take us to The Incline. 23 years old and so incredibly full of fabulous local info! He took us to the blue Incline instead of the Red one as we could easily walk to a bevy of affordable restaurants instead of $100/plate sites near the red Incline. Such wisdom and great options. We called when we were done and he was there within 10 minutes! Loved him!! The food in the restaurant as well as all the catered conference meals were super fresh and so yummy! Restaurant fare nearby was no comparison to the restaurant offerings. So in review, great staff, fabulous food, incredible location -- deep sigh, the rooms.
