I had an architectural plan scanned and when home I realized it was not completely scanned. This was incredibly inconvenient since I had to borrow this plan to have it scanned, which required an hour and a half of travel time. Before I left the store I asked the attendant to confirm it was on the thumb drive she scanned it to (which I was made to buy because apparently this location cannot email the file to me directly, and no, it was not that large of a file as I was told by the attendant), but apparently she missed that one side of the plan had not been scanned. I emailed and asked for a refund, but did not heard back. Poor customer service all around.
