  • I do not care for the "assembly line" feel of the office which is why I did not rate it 5 stars and also because the lack of professionalism with the Chiropractors and front office staff.. If this were a Massage Spa, it would be a 5 star. The gal I have seen 3x is AMAZING. I couldn't ask for a better massage. HOWEVER, I do not like the fact you are lined up next to others getting a massage while others are waiting in line to be massaged and the massage therapists are engaging in a ton of personal conversation including laughing, joking, flirting, etc. Its very unprofessional. I think the fact that EVERYONE can sit and watch you while youre adjusted, massaged, and provided Physical Therapy is a lack in privacy and makes you feel extremely akward when you get up from adjustment table and the chairs that are a few feet away have other patients sitting there waiting. and literally the doctor says "whos next"? The Manager however, was exceptional. Its too bad he cant get everyone else on the same page of exceptional care and professionalism. I unfortunately will not be going back.
