  • Had the opportunity to work with Justin T. on a phone upgrade. What should have been a simple task turned into a major 5 day project. The customer care phone support made this a nightmare. Justin was patient and helped me navigate the numerous bad info I had received from customer care. I finally did get someone from customer care who knew what they were doing. Justin was then able to help me complete my upgrade. If not for Justin and Nell from customer care I would have left Sprint. Clone Justin or promote him...he deserves it!!
