  • I've been a customer since Summer 2016. They do great lashes here but if you have a busy schedule and book an appointment in advanced, be prepared for them to text you to move your appointment. It's disappointing since I book way in advanced for a time on purpose and they want to move you to a time that doesn't work for you. Goodbye Sassy Lashes, got to find a lash place that's more accommodating for me. Two stars for the owner and the front desk. I don't think it matters who you book with on whether they can keep your appointment, isn't that why you make an appointment in the first place so that it works for you? I feel that lashes are a luxury that you shouldn't get the run around- just my personal opinion.
