  • I wanted to upgrade my phone and really liked the LG V10 and went to six different locations looking for it. One place had it but was charging more than the V20. Then I looked online and found that this location had it and checked it out. Went in and they informed me that they don't have it in stock but could probably ordered it for me. Then they asked me why I'm not getting the V20, since it's the upgrade. After hearing my reasons, they started to inform me of all the good and the bad on the V10 and why LG changed it. They took time to give information. The good and the bad. Also, inform me that if I still want the V10, they'll order it for me. I just wondered why the other places didn't tell me any of that stuff. Then toward the end, Carly even put her number in my phone just in case I needed to txt or call her for any problem. She even stated that I have a 14 days money back guarantee if I don't like the phone for whatever reason. Best of all, she got me discounts that I thought I couldn't get when I went over to the unlimited data plan. A month later and I couldn't be more satisfied! I recommend this place and the people that worked there.
