  • I went in for a routine cleaning and exam as I just moved to AZ from MI. Dr Clayton was professional and sweet. I am a new patient and his exam was quick and easy to understand. Only reason it is a 2 instead of a 1. I then had an exam from the hygienist who measured my gums for periodontal disease. I have some issues and he recommended a deep cleaning. I agreed as long as my insurance covered it. After reviewing the charges, I declined the deep cleaning and told them I would check with a good friend who is a hygienist first but to go ahead and do the regularly covered cleaning. He polished my teeth and said "you're done!" Seriously? My teeth were not scraped, cleaned of tartar, flossed or anything like a normal cleaning. I asked why and he just sat there. I was not escorted to the front so I just walked out. Went straight home and called my insurance co to dispute the cleaning portion of the visit! Terrible!!!! Never going back!!!
