| - Very satisfied with the service that Dianna, Pete, and Dave provided me during my car purchase. I came in having the mentality of a usual car dealership and how they were going to treat me, as a number. This experience was different from the many different car buying experiences that I have had, but this was by far the best experience.
Walking into this dealership, I had my goal set. I wanted one type of car and color. This car wasn't available yet but it was posted online. They were able to expedite the inspection process for the car. While waiting, Dianna suggested to look at other cars just as an option and I was reluctant because I know what I wanted. I eventually gave in, but the car was in Peoria. She was willing to drive 45 mins each way to just have me see this vehicle while I wait for the one I wanted. When she came back, a customer wanted he vehicle that she picked up for me to see. She wasn't willing to give it up to them because she promised me that she would show me the vehicle. I arrived while the customer was still there. I ended buying the car that she suggested, I actually fell in love with it. I saw the car that i originally wanted and would've made the wrong decision. I am not one to give people credit, but Dianna was right to allow to see other options.
Pete and Dave was able to maximize my savings and handle all of my finances. Pete made it very comfortable with all the numbers and questions I had regarding the process. He explained every process and thing he was doing, it was not confusing at all. We were able to connect on a personal level, which a regular dealership you wouldn't be able to do with the manager.
This place do have the best used vehicles. I went to various different types of car dealerships and checked out their cars. The cars were cheaper in price, but the quality was a lot worst. When you drive it and see it, it will not feel great. Go and test drive a vehicle at Enterprise, you will feel the difference in quality and the price matches it. If you don't like it, you can return it in 7 days. You also have a 12 month, 12k warranty on your vehicle that does not cost anything to you.
I ended up getting a 2016 Hyundai Sonata and feel great about it. I feel better coming out of it than into the car buying process. It's rare that a person would feel this satisfied with no regrets coming out of the process, but i did. This was really a one of a kind service that I got at this dealership.
I respect a dealership that would go above and beyond to not make a sale and to keep their word to hold the car for you. Dianna was the perfect sales person and would do anything to make your car buying experience the best. If you want to have to best service, I suggest you go to Dianna. She will go above and beyond to try to accommodate you in any way. If you don't like to be hassled and lied to, then Dianna and her team is the place to go.
