  • I don't think this whole transaction could have gone any smoother. I made my reservation online, for a rental for 3 days. It was roughly $70 for the entire rental. I was quite pleased with the price. I arrived at the rental center who took my information and payment and than directed me upstairs and outside to pick up my vehicle. Once upstairs I was greeted by a friendly gentleman inside and only had to wait 5 minutes before being led to my choice of cars that fit the category I requested. The young lady who did the walk through with me was so friendly and sweet. She was a true customer service pro. I was very impressed with how smoothly and quickly I was in my rental driving off the grounds! I did opt to prepay for the gas, as it saved me almost 0.50 a gallon. I thought this was well worth it and am glad it was recommended to me. Upon returning the car, the process was completed just as smoothly and efficiently as it had begun! The young lady who accepted my vehicle answered several questions from me without showing even a hint of annoyance and remained friendly and professional at all times. Only reason I knocked off a star was my disappointment in finding out that their free pick up for this location only goes to baggage claim in the airport. I live about 4 miles from here and it was a letdown that i had to wait for a friend to get off work to pick up my car. Nothing earth shattering....but they do advertise that pick up a great deal, so I was hoping to be able to take advantage of that. I have been loyal to Enterprise for about 6 years now and this experience only reinforces why I believe they are the best rental car company out there! I will continue to be loyal to Enterprise! 4 stars.
