Wow! What horrible reviews my neighborhood Starbucks has been getting. Are these people royalty? Are they visiting the same establishment I experience several times per week?
Let's be fair. This is one of the smaller locations, when compared to facilities that handle a much higher volume of traffic. Some of the facilities in this area have as many as a dozen staff members during busy times of the day, this location will generally half 3 to 4 people working. It's simply would not make economic sense to over staff so that unreasonable customers get the royal treatment I guess they think they deserve. I am grateful to have this Starbucks so close to my home. So far, I have never had an unhappy experience. Not once have I ever walked out of this cafe disappointed. I've made hundreds of visits, when you add in my refills. So the notion it would ever deserve one star is absurd.
The staff is friendly and very competent. They are eager to provide quality service with a good turnaround time. I get out of this location much faster than the others that are nearby.
I'm continually amazed at the complexity of so many of the drinks people order. I've never seen a customer have to return a drink for correction. My Carmel iced coffees are always great.
I highly recommend this Starbucks.
