  • i ordered a bbq bacon brisket burger and the lady said they didn't have any onion rings (which was the whole reason i even wanted that burger). She said this while there was a few onions on the counter, i told her she has to fry my fries anyways just cut up the onions and batter them, fry them but she said no she couldn't do that, in fear of my food being mistreated or spit on, i reluctantly agreed to no onion rings, she could've knocked off .50 cents off the $12 dollar hamburger at least, the onion rings are one of the main features of the bbq bacon brisket burger. Even though this place was empty (i wonder why....umm bad food bad service????) my food order still took forever, the cook was constantly on the phone talking in spanish saying "i'll call you back i'm working" all in all the burger was ok (really does need the onion rings to help soak up the soggy mess of a burger, the garlic fries i ordered were terrible and the fried mushrooms were mushy inside and the batter was undercooked, all their stuff must be frozen and just fried there hence the no onion ring fiasco. I spent a total of $21.44 plus tip for my food i received a mediocre burger and someterrible sides. I WILL NEVER RETURN!! for that price i could of got a steak dinner and still had change left over. Hope your business fails, you have terrible workers and a rundown restaurant, somebody call the health department!
