  • Service: minus 1 Star because I wish the receptionist would have told me that the location on Adelaide Street would have been way closer to my hotel (Hyatt Regency) than the one on King Street. I had looked up both locations myself but I mistakenly must have looked up driving directions instead of walking and thought it would only take 6min to walk to the KIng Street location (Hyatt is also on KIng but it drags out for miles...). I can't really blame the receptionist but I asked her to double check and she said the locations are close together, well NO wrong: The 471 Adelaide St. West takes only 10min to walk and the KIng Street location would have taken me almost 40min to walk. I ended up taking a cab to save time (big mistake, Street cars on King assure crawling speed), however instead of having the 2hour pre massage time at the Pools, I had now a bit more than one hour. GOOD NEWS, once I got there it all was pretty great. Massage: Enjoyed a 60min Eucalyptus Aroma Therapy massage from Jill which was both therapeutic but mostly extremely relaxing. I hardly ever fall asleep but I was right in that comfy in between zone. She was great! Sauna & Steamroom: Loved both as they are part of the circuit routine The Pools: What a system, you start with a shower, then Dead Sea Pool, Steam Room, shower, Cold Water Plunge (66 degrees for 1min) DO IT, I am a total wimp when it comes to cold water but I just did it 3x and it was worth it., Sauna, shower, Cold Water Plunge, Epsom Salt Pool. cold water and back to the Dead Sea Pool. I was so ready and relaxed for my massage and ended up not repeating the circuit which honestly once felt just fine. You get towels, Robe, Flip Flops and at the end I got a hot Ginger Tea. I wish I could find a place like Body Blitz in San Diego! I'd be definitely a regular and look forward coming back whenever I'm back in Toronto! The price, it's not exactly over priced but if you're on a Budget it might hurt a little and will just be a once in a while treat. The do offer memberships which unfortunately won't work for me since I don't live here:( FYI, I did NOT tip on top of the Canadian$170, not sure if gratuity was included but I just felt like I dropped enough coin in the bank already. It is worth it!
